Location of the hotel is excellent, on the river and right in downtown Spokane. Hotel is 3 wings with elevator bank in the middle, so it's easy/fast to get to probably most every room. Daily breakfast starts at 6am and during my trip, Patty provided great service on my take out orders. If you have to leave before 6am, they offer complimentary coffee before breakfast opens at the front desk. Nathan working the overnight was extremely helpful and proactive from the front desk. He offered access to the business lounge for work and provided great tips about events in the area. I paid for a room upgrade and he helped to explain the billing of it (& the extra holds which showed up nightly for this). While working in the lobby, I saw he was always very courteous to guests checking out in the morning. Parking is in the convention center garage and it was something like $28/day. You can alternatively also find street parking reasonably easily as long as you pay the meter between 8am-7pm Mon-Sat. There's an outdoor pool on the ground floor and a 15 min check-in parking spots right outside the entrance.
